How to Clean Plexiglas.

This surface (clear plastic), used in picture frames and myriad other items throughout the home, may become clouded over time.

This is due mainly the chemicals found in commercial cleaning products.

It is also susceptible to scratches.

To clean it without creating further damage requires a gentle touch.

Here's the method art collectors use to clean and protect their clear-plastic-covered treasures:

Dab a small amount of water onto a soft cloth and gently wipe away any dust that may have accumulated on the surface. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
